Your role as Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Specialist is the critical facilitator of product knowledge within Web1on1, ensuring product launches,  product positioning, fit, competitor insights, market trends and sales enablement information that is commercially impactful.

As a Product Marketer for Web1on1, you will be responsible for driving business impact by working closely with the different teams in Web1on1 to drive key business results. As part of this role, you will be responsible for building impactful marketing programs for existing and new Web1on1 solutions and customers. This role requires a combination of product understanding, creative/brand thinking, project management, communication skills as well as consumer marketing experience.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, able to work with cross-functional teams and can align stakeholders towards customer needs, business objectives and KPI’s

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and action plans on product and brand marketing initiatives
  • Develop feature adoption tactics with support of Sales and the Product Management team
  • Coordinate training and education of customers to keep pace with new features and functionality
  • Being a key stakeholder in various product roadmap decisions meetings to act as a representative for the commercial department
  • Be the voice of the customer and use a range of market, competitive and local insights to help validate our product, propositions and to uncover growth opportunities
  • Evaluate projects using relevant data measures in an effort to iterate, improve and build upon performance, while contributing to local and global KPI´s
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our customer and user personas to translate insights into strategies that help support and drive our roadmap

  • Support the build-out of our customer education program


Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in roles relating to product marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
  • You have the ability to make big bold bets using limited information. Every day we do things that have never been done before, and you will need to be comfortable with informed risk-taking
  • Fluent in English and ideally Dutch. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence
  • Strategic thinker, able to balance mid-term vision with short-term practical steps, tactics and goals
  • Have a passion for investigating and solving customer problems
  • A true team player, hands-on and self-motivated
  • You are a growth expert - you can devise highly effective programs to generate, acquire and convert leads for your product
  • Extraordinary listening and communication skills.
